Can I modify the shipping address of my order after it has been placed?
Yes. You can modify the shipping address of your order before we have shipped it, by contacting our customer support team at teammadeforher@gmail.com and if we have shipped the order then reshipping charges of 150/-INR will be applicable.

What are the shipping  methods you offer?

We provide PAN INDIA shipping , Standard delivery takes 2-7 working days . 

Same day / Next day delivery /Express delivery available in metro cities , Delhi/NCR .

Fast delivery charges to be borne by clients. For any fast delivery you can reach us out on Email or What's app .

Cash on delivery is not available for fast delivery. 

How can i track my order ?

Once you place an order it will be shipped in 24-48 working hours. Tracking will be shared with you via text or E-mail whatever is provided at the time of checkout. If incase , you have not received the details you can reach us out on the support -teammadeforher@gmail.com or What's app us 8178355601.

 

- I just cancelled my order. When will I receive my refund?
For all the cancelled orders , same amount of gift card will be issued only . 

- What if the product i received is in damaged condition?
Please raise a request via mailing us teammadeforher@gmail.com and please ensure to share the package opening video of the same. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. 

 

- What if the product i ordered doesn't fit me properly ?

Please make sure to check the size chart before ordering any product , if you still faces an issue we're happy to help you. You can easily get the size exchanged, by submitting a size exchange request on ,mail . For more please read our RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY.  

  - Why haven't i received an order confirmation text or mail ?

Hey , extremely sorry for any inconvenience caused to you. If in any case you have not received the order confirmation mail or text please inform the same to teammadeforher@gmail.com with your full name , payment mode ,email id and payment screenshot. ASAP.
