Return & Refunds

Making a purchase with MADE FOR HER LABEL indicates that you have understood, acknowledged & adhere to agree to the terms & conditions and policies of our website.

RETURNS/EXCHANGE

  • We offer returns/ exchanges on all our products except ( Closet essentials / accessories / or final sale items ).
  • We issue refund amount for the exchanged/returned item in the form of store credit which has a validity of 2 months and only applicable on the sale category . https://www.madeforherlabel.com/collections/sale
  • All exchanged / returned items must be unused, unaltered, unwashed and returned with original packaging and tags for hygiene reasons.
  • Packages that don't fulfil the above conditions will be rejected in quality check and returned to the customer.
  • You can email us at :  teammadeforher@gmail.com  to raise a return request .
  • For a defective / wrong item - Package opening video is mandatory. You can email us - teammadeforher@gmail.com .
  • You need to self ship the order . Courier charges to be borne by the customer.
  • Return/Exchange can only be availed once.
  • All returns/exchanges to be requested within 2 working days after delivery.
  • We will notify you with the approval or rejection .
  • Once your return is received and inspected,a store credit of same amount will be credited post receiving the return .



SHOWS DELIVERED BUT NOT RECEIVED :

You are requested to track your package when it shows delivered on your email or sms. As per the recent update in courier companies policies throughout India, you are required to inform us within 2 days if your package isn’t delivered and shows delivered in the tracking for us to help you with the same. The courier company is not accepting any complaints post 48 hours marked delivery, and we will not be liable if there is delay in informing from your end.

CANCELLATIONS :


  • You can cancel your order by mailing us at teammadeforher@gmail.com
  • Please Note : Refunds are issued to the store wallet only , amount can be redeemed at www.madeforherlabel.in only.
  • Refunds to original method of payment is not applicable.
  • Note : Order will not be cancelled once it is shipped from our warehouse.



NON AVAILABILITY OF ITEM

  • For all the out of stock items Refund will be issued to original method of payment.
