If you're not happy with the delivered product , you can raise a SIZE EXCHANGE & RETURN REQUEST postmarked within 2 days after the date of delivery by mailing us on teammadeforher@gmail.com .ย 
Shipping charges for return and exchange to be borne by the customer only. We do not provide reverse pickups.ย 

For a returned item - Customer will receive a credit voucher applicable on โ€œ SALEโ€ category only with a validity of two months .ย 

For size exchange - Customer will receive a credit voucher applicable only on the same product with a validity of two months .ย 

If youโ€™re claiming a defective / wrong item - Package opening video is mandatory. You can email us -ย teammadeforher@gmail.comย . Replacement will be done without any extra cost.ย

-Damage refers to make up stains, fake tan, perfume, deodorant, washing powder , self inflict while trying on the product and odours on the garment will lead to rejection of the return.ย

You need to self ship the order . Shipping charges are non - refundable.ย 

*Once the items gets delivered back to us , the products will undergo a quality check and credit voucher with a validity of 2 months will be issued to the customer ย (no refund to original mode of payment ).
*If in any case , team finds out the product to be faulty,ย  the request will be rejected and same item will be reshipped back to you on your expenseย .

The amount paid will be refunded only ( in form of a coupon code).ย 

* Post receiving the coupon code , you can place your desired order .ย
